There is a pattern that plays out in growing organisations. The business reaches fifty, eighty, a hundred employees. Supplier spend crosses into the millions. Buying decisions are being made by people across six departments with no coordination, no governance, and no one accountable for the outcome. Everyone knows it is a problem.
