6B Booking Scheduling
Microsoft 365 / Outlook Bookings (appointment scheduling)
When you book a meeting with us, your booking information is processed within Microsoft 365. Microsoft states that Bookings data is stored within the Microsoft 365 platform and Exchange Online, and Bookings uses Exchange (including shared mailboxes) to store appointment-related details.
